Parking for 2025 mGluRs
Atendees can use any campus parking lots to attend the conference. We recommend the Woodland lot, shown below labeled “F” with a blue arrow. The conference will be held in the Science Center, which can be accessed on Woodland street, shown below with a red arrow. If the Woodland lot is full, the parking lot labeled “C” and north on Woodland is the next best option.

Lodging for 2025 mGluRs

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel at Oberlin which will provide a slight discount to their nightly rate. To reserve at the Hotel at Oberlin, follow these instructions:

RESERVATION METHOD

The MGLURS Group Rooms individual reservations must be received by OCTOBER 10, 2025. Guests must contact the hotel directly at 440-775-7001 and ask for group ID 70237 . This offer is not available on-line. After this cut-off date, all unreserved rooms within the contracted group block will be released back to the hotel without notice for public resale. The check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Hotel will accommodate any early arrivals on room available basis.
